Abstract :İnsülin direnci, insülinin beklenen biyolojik etkisinden daha azını gösterme halidir. İnsülin direnci, glisemik kontrol ve ketozu önlemek için daha yüksek dozlarda insülin konsantrasyonuna ihtiyaç gösterir. İnsülin sendromları, klinikte kendisini obezite, bozulmuş glukoz toleransı, tip 2 diyabet, metabolik sendrom ve ciddi insülin direnci sendromları ile gösterir.
