Abstract :Kafein, tüm dünyada sıklıkla kullanılan bir uyarıcıdır. Son yıllarda çocuklarda tüketimi artmaktadır. Artan tüketim tolerans gelişimi ve uzun dönem olumsuz etkilere neden olabilir. Bizim iki olgumuzda yoğun kafein alımına bağlı gelişen tolerans ve olumsuz etkileri saptanmıştır.
