Abstract :Gastrointestinal lipomlar nadir görülen, benign ve yavaş büyüyen, genellikle tek olan ve submukozal yerleşim gösteren tümörlerdir. Sıklıkla asemptomatik olmakla ve insidental tanı almakla beraber, yerine ve büyüklüğüne göre kanama ve obstrüksiyon bulgularına sebep olabilirler. Semptom oluşturan büyük lipomlarda endoskopik veya cerrahi tedavi gerekli olabilir. Bu yazıda disfaji ve kusma gibi obstrüktif semptomlara neden olan ve endoskopik polipektomi ile tedavi edilen büyük özofageal ve duodenal lipom olguları bildirilmiştir
