Abstract :Amaç: Bu çalışmada, böbrek nakil sonrası solid organ kanseri gelişen hastalarda sağ kalımı etkileyen faktörlerin tanımlanması amaçlandı.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu retrospektif gözlemsel çalışmada birincil sonlanım noktası genel sağ kalım idi. Bulgular: Toplamada 39 hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi. Ortanca maligniteye kadar geçen süre 49 ay idi. Ortanca genel sağ kalım 24 aydı ve ortanca progresyonsuz sağ kalım 16 aydı.
