Abstract :In this work, we attempt to summarize the experience of the hotel industry development of the two brotherly, but different in the tourist development, countries such as Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. First, we develop recommendations for domestic investors in establishing a business in the hotel industry. Secondly, there are recommendations for the relevant state authorities of Kyrgyzstan about adopting experience of Turkey. This work is useful both for undergraduate and graduate students, and as well as for academicians and researchers engaged in tourism studies. The results of the study illustrate that investments into Turkey’s hotel industry are already abundant and that the economic performance of the industry is at its peak, whereas, the hotel industry in Kyrgyzstan is only in its infancy. Yet, the process of opening a hotel in Kyrgyzstan is quite simple and there are few barriers to entry, while, the same process in Turkey is more complicated and more bureaucratic
