Abstract :Since the ancient times human beings have attempted to terminate pregnancy due to the various reasons and still continues to do that. This subject has been discussed in all societies and religions. It is known very well that any divine and human legal systems have not accepted knowingly to abort any fetus so far. Muslim scholars ally that any fetus coming to life is aborted is strictly forbidden. However if fetus is not coming to life is aborted, they have different views about this matter
