Abstract :Lack of financial resources dictates the need to explore additional sources offinancing. In this regard, co-payments introduced population of the cost oftreatment. Because effective treatments are more expensive, the doctors haveto buy cheaper drugs for treatment. Such an approach is premature dooms thepatient, regardless of the size of its tangible contribution to substandard care.With the introduction of co-payment is now obliged to pay many times thesame medical services as a result of not having a guarantee for a full recovery.Payment of the patient\`s own treatment in our view is more just by bringing thepatient to him for treatment
