Abstract :In this Article a subject and need for domestic and external trade consideringinternational cooperation development has been clarified. Fundamentals oftrade economic formation in the world, incl. Kyrgyz Republic. Based onKyrgyz Republic data and information an issues on trade development levelwithin a trade economic cooperation have been analyzed. Problems of externaltrade considering rules and terms of WTO, within a framework of internationaltrade globalization and industrial advanced countries of the world are studied.Capacities for external trade improvement, including goods export & importstructure in the Kyrgyz Republic have been clarified
