Abstract :The article was considering governmental matters related to the money market, specifically development of project investments. As the instrument of government policies of the stock and bond markets there should be functional mechanism developed for attracting private financial resources into our economy. In fact, the focus should be on the enterprises, which considerably are demanding the assets for actual investments, reconstruction and production growth, development new technologies and products
