Abstract :In this article, crisis in education practice in XX century interpreted on context of “Mankurt” phenomena discovered by Aytmatov. Etnopedagogical motives in narratives “White Ship”, “Early Crains” are also interpreted. Paricularly, models of Aytmatov’s teachers discussed many sidely.
