Abstract :The article deals with the experience of civic education in the USA and one of the universities in Kyrgyzstan world with the purpose of studying and analyzing the similar problems and perspectives at schools, universities and other higher institutions to compare and understand the objectives, goals, the content and the problems of teaching, development and up brining in the organization of the system of civic education of the young generation in these countries for renewing the system of civic education in Kyrgyzstan
