Abstract :The materials of this study comprise macrofungi specimens collected from different localities in Osmaniye Province in the years of 2006 and 2008. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 52 taxa under 25 families belonging to Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes classes are described: 2 of them; Hebeloma vejlense Vesterh and   Lyophyllum fumosum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Pers.); P.D.
