Abstract :Bu çalışma, Çamlık Mesire Alanı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Denizli); makrofungus biyoçeşitliliğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. 2009-2011 yılları arasında yapılan arazi çalışmaları ile 158 makrofungus örneği toplanmıştır. Makroskobik ve mikroskobik çalışmalar sonucunda Pezizomycetes ve Agaricomycetes sınıflarına ait toplam 42 makrofungus taksonunun 6 ordo ve 25 familyaya dağıldığı belirlenmiştir. Pezizomycetes sınıfında 1 ordoya ait 5 familya, 5 cins ve 6 takson tespit edilirken; Agaricomycetes sınıfında ise 5 ordoya ait 20 familya, 32 cins ve 36 takson tespit edilmiştir.
