Abstract :Bu çalışma, 2010-2012 yılları arasında Bitlis ili Tatvan ilçesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan Karz Dağı ve çevresinde doğal olarak yetişen makrofungus örnekleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda Leotiomycetes , Pezizomycetes ve Agaricomycetes sınıfları içinde yer alan 8 takım ve 28 familyaya ait toplam 95 makrofungus türü tespit edilmiştir. Bunların 40’ı yenen, 45`i yenmeyen ve 10 tanesi de zehirlidir. Ayrıca Meottomyces dissimulans insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Berk. & Broome); Vizzini. türü Türkiye mikotası için cins seviyesinde yeni kayıt olarak verilmiştir.
