TANZİMAT HAREKETİ`NE MUHALEFET

To know the sociological dimensions of the opposition against the Tanzimat Movement is as important as Tanzimat and crucial in order to understand Turkey`s yesterday and today. This study aims to investigate the opposition efforts attempted on The Tanzimat Movement in period of 1839-1856 in the sociological perspective and to make contribution in understanding of the Movement of Tanzimat.
