Abstract :The meaning of the Qadhf insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(faise accusation of zina insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(fomication); is explained in the dictionary as to throw, to throw the stone ete. In the terminology of the Islamic jurists it is defined as, attribution of adultery insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(zina); by words or other expressions, which harm individuals` honour and suspends his affinity with the person who has criminal liability. The prohibition of the erime of Qadhf is prescribed in 5urah XXIV, Verse 4. According to the Islamic scholars the term `Muhsanat` as explained in this verse indicates that the punishment for this erime is limited only to the Muslims. But in our dissertation we have come to the conclusion that the term ` Muhsanat` contains all the human beings. We have dealt with this subject on the basis of the term `Muhsanat`.
