Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada, akarsu sorununun yoğun etkileşimine sahne olanOrtadoğu ekosisteminde yaşam ve çevre güvenliğini olumsuz etkileyen süreçlere ve çözüm önerilerine yönelik görüşler tartışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise akarsu kullanımının neden olduğu çevreye yönelik sorun ve yarar analizleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Anahtar sözcükler: Ortadoğu, Su Sorunları, Anlaşma, Kirlilik, Ekoloji ABSTRACT The objective of this work is to study process affecting life and environmental safety in Middle East, which the intensive interactions take, places and to discuss optimization proposals for river water problems. Therefore to well upon on as a conclusion, dimensions of problems and usefulness were exposed because of using river water.
