TÜRKİYE’NİN SINIRAŞAN AKARSU ANLAŞMALARINA COĞRAFİ AÇIDAN BİR BAKIŞ

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, akarsu sorununun yoğun etkileşimine sahne olanOrtadoğu ekosisteminde yaşam ve çevre güvenliğini olumsuz etkileyen süreçlere ve çözüm önerilerine yönelik görüşler tartışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise akarsu kullanımının neden olduğu çevreye yönelik sorun ve yarar analizleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.
