Abstract :Eğitim plânlaması eğitim tarihinde yeni bir olgudur. Birçok ülkede, özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde, 1950`lerin sonlarından beri uygulanmış ancak, yanlış uy gulanmış ya da eksik hizmet vermiştir. Bu tecrübelerin temeline dayanarak, bu makalenin I. bölümünde, benim görüşüme göre eğitim plânlamasının talihsizliklerinin ne olduğu tartışılmakta; II. bölümde ise, bu alanda kullanılan meslek argosunun taksonomim açıklamasına gayret edil mekte ve makro plânlamadan daha spesifik eğitim politikalarının etkisi göz önünde bulun- durularak bir değişim hedeflenmektedir.
