Abstract :This study was conducted to determine the mediating role of organizational trust (OT) in the effect of proactive personality (PP) on innovative work behavior (IWB). Designed using a quantitative research method, the study collected data from 183 employees in the service sector through a survey. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS Process Macro plugin and the Bootstrap method to examine the direct and indirect effects between variables. These analyses provide a powerful framework for understanding the complex relationships between variables, particularly when examining mediating effects. The analysis results revealed that PP has a significant and positive effect on IWB and that OT plays a full mediating role in this effect. The findings of the study are supported by the relevant literature and emphasize the critical importance of OT in the relationship between PP and IWB. Additionally, the results of the study provide important implications from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Keywords : Proaktif Kişilik, Yenilikçi İş Davranışı, Örgütsel Güven, Örgütsel Davranış
