Abstract :Neuropsychology is a relatively new field that has only recently been included in mental health studies. The way biological processes interact with the environment on the path to better mental health is an important issue that has been discussed from the past to the present. Researchers are currently focusing on where neuropsychology is located in this debate and its impact on mental health. Studies in neuropsychology have raised more questions than answers. The field of neuropsychology is vast and covers a wide range of topics. Despite this, there have been no studies in the literature that review the connection between neuropsychology and mental health. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship of neuropsychology with mental health as an important field. Research has shown that neuropsychological disorders have a negative impact on mental health. However, there are also direct and indirect connections between neuropsychology and mental health through various related disciplines. This article discusses neuroscience and neuropsychology and their relationship with mental health. The discussion is based on relevant literature. Keywords : Beyin, nörobilim, nöropsikoloji, ruh sağlığı
