Abstract :Akdeniz Üniversitesi Kampüsü’nde (36o53’ K, 30o40’ D) yapılan çalışma sonucu 78 familya ve 326 cinse ait 452 bitki taksonu (69 alttür ve 48 varyete) tespit edilmiştir. Alanda en fazla takson içeren familyalar % 15.23 ile Astereaceae, % 10.60 ile Fabaceae, % 6.62 ile Lamiaceae ve Poaceae familyalarıdır. Alanda belirlenen taksonlardan 247 tanesi fitocoğrafik bölgesi bilinmeyen veya kozmopolitler (% 54.53), 185 tanesi Akdeniz elementi (% 40.93), 12 tanesi İran-Turan elementi (% 2.65), 7 tanesi Avrupa-Sibirya elementi (% 1.55) ve 1 tanesi ise Sahra-Hindistan elementidir (% 0.22). Endemik bitki tür sayısı 30’dur (% 6.64).
