Abstract :Skrotal kitleler nadir görülür. Skrotal lipomlar en sık görülen skrotal benign kitlelerdir. En sık spermatik kord kaynaklı olmaktadırlar. Etiyoloji ile ilgili kesin bir bilgi yoktur. Diğer skrotal kitleler ile ayırıcı tanı önemlidir. Ultrason görüntüleme tanıda en önemli adım olsa da zaman zaman tanıda yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu olguda inguinal herni şüphesi ile opere edilen skrotal lipom vakası sunmayı amaçladık.
