Abstract :Kul Hakkı denince her iki kelimenin de anlamını, oturduğu ve hitap ettiği zemini tartışmakta yarar var. Kul kavramı daha ilk baştan bizi dinî bir terminolojiye itelemekte ve Allah’a imanı, varlığına ve birliğine şek ve şüphesiz yaklaşımı hatırlatmakta; bundan sonraki tartışacağımız mevzuları da bu ‘kul ile Allah’ ilişkisi çerçevesinde ele almamızı kolaylaştırmaktadır.
