Abstract :Ağacı daima yeşil kalan, koyu yeşil yapraklara, beyaz hoş kokulu çiçeklere ve kirazı andıran meyvelere sahip olan Kahve bitkisinin ilk yetiştiği yer bugünkü Habeşistan Etiyopya \'dır. O zamanlar kahve tohumları içecek için kullanılmak yerine yiyecek olarak kullanılmıştır.
