Abstract :Konsolide finansal tablolar bir topluluk içinde yer alan işletmelerin finansal tablolarını tek bir ekonomik işletme gibi sunan finansal tablolardır. TFRS 10 Konsolide Finansal Tablolar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2011 ylından UMSK tarafından revise edilen); konsolide finansal tabloların hazırlanması ve sunumuna yönelik metodolojileri içermektedir. Konsolidasyon methodalojisinin yanısıra, TFRS 10, yatırım yapılan işletme üzerinde sahip olunan kontrolün derecesinin belirlenmesi konusunda bilgiler içermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı TFRS 10’da yer alan yeni control modelini ve süreçlerini incelemektir.
