Abstract :ÖZET Bu makale kalkınma iktisadı alanındaki çalışmalarıyla bilinen Hollis Chenery’nin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1918 – 1994); Turkish Investment and Economic Development insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1953); başlığını taşıyan raporuna ilişkin kısa bir değerlendirme sunmaktadır. Sözü edilen rapor, Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk ekonomisinin yapısına dair önemli tespitlerde bulunuyor olmasına rağmen, dönemin Menderes hükümeti tarafından beğenilmemiş ve dağıtımı yasaklanmıştır.
