Abstract :The purpose of this study was to examine the level of institutionalization of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey. With institutional disruption occurring on global and local levels, the significance of institutionalization has been emphasized in political science studies. It is being questioned whether institutions can fulfill their functions and it is accepted that they must meet certain criteria as an institution. The study will employ the rational institutionalism method and examine studies that focus on institutionalization, proposing a specific institutionalization model for Turkey. The level of institutionalization achieved by the Constitutional Court will be assessed through the criteria and indicators established in this model. We will focus on the autonomy, differentiation, and durability criteria as the primary factors of institutionalization. These factors will be evaluated based on indicators such as the selection of court officials, the court\\\'s physical location, date of establishment, internal capacity for specialization, internal regulations, the court\\\'s budget, salaries of officials, decision-making autonomy, the EU accession process, and international support. Consequently, this analysis will examine the judiciary\\\'s institutional development.
Keywords : Institutionalization, Constitutional Court, Autonomy, Differentiation, Resilience
