Abstract : Bu çalışmada fungal biyoreaktörler ile tekstil endüstrisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan boyar madde çözeltilerinin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Reactive Red 180 ve Acid Red 88); biyolojik parçalanması incelenmiştir. Fungal biyolojik prosesin kullanıldığı sistemde 100 mg/L boya konsantrasyonunda, optimum çalışma pH değerleri Phanerochaete chrysosporium için 4,5, Pleotrus ostreatus için 5,0 olarak bulunmuştur. Fungal biyoreaktörde, P. chrysosporium için kimyasal oksijen ihtiyacı gideriminin %94 ve P. ostreatus için ise %98 olduğu ve renk gideriminin ise P. chrysosporium için %98,0 ve P. ostreatus için %99,5 olduğu belirlenmiştir.
