Abstract :The aim of the research is to determine the opinions of employees working in the highway transportation sector on organizational trust and organizational commitment and to examine these views in terms of various variables. In one part of the study, the concepts of organizational trust and organizational commitment were theoretically considered, and in the second part, the relationship between these two variables and the organizational trust and organizational commitment of the people working in the highway transportation sector in Istanbul were investigated. In accordance with the obtained results, the results supporting each hypothesis and their sub-hypotheses developed within the scope of the research were reached.
