Abstract :Eğitimde amaçlanan başarının elde edilmesinde etkin öğretim programlarının katkısının diğer faktörler arasında önemli bir yer tuttuğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, fizik Öğretim programının dersin amaçlarına uygunluğu ve uygulamaları etkileyen değişkenleri öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşleri açısından ortaya koy maki ğ. Beş ayrı lisede 540 öğrenci ile anket ve fizik ders kitabı yazarlarından 9 fizik öğretmeniyle yapılan mülakatlarla beriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, fizik öğretim programının uygulamasında Öğrenci Seçme Sınavı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ÖSS);, öğrencilerin seviyesi, ünitelere a);>rılan süre ve konuların yağıyı tuğu gibi faktörler amaçlara ulanmayı engellemektedir. Mevcut uygulamaların amaçlan gerçekleştirme ` açısından yeterli düzeye gelebilmesi için programdaki konuların hafifletilmesi ve ÖSS `de tüm konulardan soru Sorulması gerekmektedir. Curriculum is the most important components of educational elements among the other factors in order to achieve intended instructional objectives. The aim of the study reveal the conformity of physics1 teaching programme with curriculum objectives and variants affecting curriadum implementations in terms of teacher and student v/ews. Survey was conducted with 540 students in different high schools and the interviews were done with the wr/ters of Physics Course Book for 5 high school classes in Trabzon. Data collected from this study showed that there are some factors influencing curriculum process such as UnWersity Entrance Examinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(UEE);, level of students, time reserved for classes, density of topics in high school programs. Finally, the density of curriculum shoxdd be lessen. Also, questions should be asked from each topics ofphysics curriculum, which is not done currently, in UEE.
