Abstract :Aşama kaydetmek isteyen Türk kamu yönetimi, son onbeş yıldır ekonomik krizlerden ders alarak, deneyimlerini ülkenin gelişimi yönünde düzenlemelere yansıtmıştır. Gelişimin karmaşık etkileşiminde, yönetişim açısından öncelikler, bilgi kesimi, kamunun tasarruf önderliği gibi çözüm konularına değinilerek kısa bir kesit verilmektedir.
