Abstract :In this study we researched the cohabitated groups that sociologically identified, which means specific national types and their model-nation construcions. In this case our objection to the postulate: “Today definition of the Turkish World is different from pre-nineties definition” leaves us brainteasers. n place to come, issue that refusing the past systematically, emerges in the situation that, when making a revisions inevitable in the social and political areas.The intrication of the situation deriving from that occurs when we cannot envisage nation models in Turkish World with regard to their Soviet past and when we are to formulate new government settlement.. We know very little about the concept of nation and government in Caucasia and Turkestan and we severely need to research on these issues.
