Abstract :The Malûmat is one of the important newspapers published between the years 1895–1903. It is a newspaper in a good relationship with the Palace. It gives clues about the social, political and literary structure of the period. In this study, the format, content and writers of the newspaper will be examined in light of the first 100 issues of the newspaper
