Abstract :This study has examined Turkish Culture’s effects on organizational structures. For the examination, Hofstede’s insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1980); culture and Mintzberg’s insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1983); structure dimensions are selected. With the selected variables, a network structure is built and this structure is tried to be supported with the relevant literature. Propositions are suggested with the major implications of the literature
