Abstract :Özet Bu çalışmanın önemi distopya kavramının tanımlanması ve bunun sinemaya nasıl yansıdığının incelenmesidir. Distopya kavramının daha derinlemesine açıklanabilmesi için çalışmada ütopya kavramı da incelenmiş ve açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ütopya kavramının bir anti-tezi olarak ortaya çıkan distopya kavramı edebi bir tür olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Distopyalar toplumsal ve siyasal eleştirilere odaklanmış ve bu konu üzerine birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Karşı ütopya olarak tanımlansa da distopyanın işleyişi ütopyalardan bağımsız değildir. Distopya ütopyadan doğarak ütopyayla birlikte işlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada da distopya kavramının anlaşılması için ütopya kavramından, nasıl ortaya çıktığından ve ilk ütopya örneklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında distopya kavramının edebiyat ve sinemayla olan ilişkisinden de bahsedilip Jean-Pierre Jeunet’in 1991 tarihli Şarküteri insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Delicatessen); filmi bu bağlamda değerlendirilecektir. Edebi bir tür olarak ortaya çıkan distopyalar Orwell, Huxley, Bradbury gibi yazarların yapıtlarıyla en iyi örneklerini vermiştir. Edebiyatta olduğu gibi mimaride, resimde, sinemada da örnekleri olan distopyaları bu çalışmada sınırlandırarak edebiyattaki yansımalarından insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ilk olarak edebiyat alanında ortaya çıkmasından dolayı); ve asıl olarak sinemadaki örneklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın önemi, geleceğin kötü bir betimlemesi olan distopyaların günlük yaşantımızdan yola çıkarak sinemada gerçeğe yaklaşan örneklerinin varlığıdır.  Çalışmada literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılmış olup konu ile ilgili diğer çalışmalardan da faydalanılmıştır. In order to explain the concept of dystopia deeply, the concept of utopia has been studied and explained. The concept of dystopia, which emerged as an anti-thesis of the concept of utopia, emerged as a literary genre. Dystopias have focused on social and political criticism and many studies have been carried out on this subject. Although it is defined as the opposite utopia, the operation of the dystopia is not independent of the utopias. Dystopia emerges from the utopia with utopia. In this study, it is mentioned about utopia concept, how it emerged and examples of first utopia to understand the concept of dystopia. In this context, the relationship between the concept of dystopia and literature and cinema will be mentioned. The film of Jean-Pierre Jeunet`s 1991 film em Delicatessen Çalışma will be evaluated in this context. Dystopias, which emerged as a literary genre, gave the best examples of the works of the writers such as Orwell, Huxley and Bradbury. As in literature, it was mentioned about the reflections in literature insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(because of its emergence in the field of literature); and its examples in the cinema as limiting the dystopias in this study. The importance of the study is the existence of the dystopias, which are a bad description of the future, which come close to reality in cinema based on our daily life.
