Abstract :In this review content, it has been described the botanical and the chemical properties of turmeric insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Curcuma longa);, and its curcuminoid polyphenolic structures and antioxidant and anticarcinogenic influences on various cell proliferation and apoptosis.
