Abstract :Eskişehir’in çeşitli bölgelerinde yetiştirilen ve Porsuk çayı ile sulanan sebze örnekleri ve sulama suyu örneklerinde nitrat-nitrit miktar tayinleri yapılmış ve bu örneklerde nitratı nitrite dönüştürdüğü bilinen Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Bacillus subtilis ve Pseudomonas aeruginosa bakterileri yönünden incelenmiştir.
