Abstract :Mikrobiyolojik verilerin analizinde yararlanılan transformasyon yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. En uygun transformasyon yönteminin seçimi örnek bir olay üzerinde açıklanmıştır. Varyans analizinin bu koşullarını yerine getirmeyen verilerin analizi ile güvenilir olmayan ve pratik açıdan yorumlanması zor yanıltıcı sonuçlar elde edileceği gösterilmiştir
