Abstract :İçel’den insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Büyükeceli-Gülnar); toplanan farklı büyüklük ve renklerdeki mersin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Myrtus communis L.); meyvelerinin fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Mor meyvelerde antosiyanin tespit edilirken beyaz renklide bulunmamıştır. Mor meyvelerde tanen miktarı beyazlara göre oldukça yüksektir. Titrasyon asitliği mor meyvelerde aynı olup, beyaza göre yüksektir. Meyveler mineral bakımından zengindir ve en yüksek olarak potasyum belirlenmiştir.
