Abstract :Karboksilik asitlerin, şarabın biyolojik kararlılığında ve organoleptik özelliklerinde önemli etkileri vardır. Bu çalışmada üzüm şırası, şarap ve sirkede önemli organik asitlerin tayini için yüksek performans sıvı kromatografik metotlar derlenmiştir.
