Abstract :Bu derleme, şarapta fenolik asitlerin, prosiyanidinlerin ve flavanollerin tayinlerinde kullanılan HPLC metotlarını özetlemektedir. Bu bileşiklerin şaraptan ekstraksiyon metotları, bozucu bileşiklerin etkilerinin giderilmesinde kullanılan metotlar ve HPLC işlemleri hakkında bilgileri de kapsamaktadır.
