Abstract :İzokratik yüksek performans sıvı kromatografi yöntemi, şarapta sorbik asit tayininde kullanılmıştır. HPLC sistemi oktadesil silika dolgulu ters faz kolon insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(250x4.6 mm id); bulundurmaktadır, mobil faz metanol- 0.005 M NH4CH3COO insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30:70 v/v);; akış hızı 1.5 mL’dir ve dedeksiyon 254 nm gerçekleştirilmiştir. Numune hazırlama dahil tam bir tayin 15 dakikada tamamlanmaktadır. 0.5-5.0 ppm doğrusal çalışma aralığı kullanılmıştır, yöntemin varyasyon katsayısı % 1.1’dir.
