Abstract :Bu çalışmada, 1982-1987 yılları ürünü olan toplam 85 adet yerfıstığında, aflatoksinleri insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(B1, B2, G1 ve G2);, okratoksin A, sitrinin, penisillik asit, sterigmatosistin ve siklopiazonik asit mevcudiyeti araştırılmış olup; sonuçta 1 adet yerfıstığında insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(21.0 ppb B1, 4.2 ppb B2 ve 2.8 ppb G1); ve 1 adet fıstık ezmesinde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2.0 ppb B1); aflatoksin; 3 örnekte de minimum saptama oranında penisillik asit bulunmuştur. Mikotoksinlerin rastlama sıklığı ve konsantrasyonun düşük oluşu ile ürünümüz şanslı görünmektedir.
