Abstract :Çörekotu’nun standardını hazırlamada yardımcı olması amacıyla bir ön çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, 5 adet çörekotu kullanılmıştır. Örnekler, toptan satış yapan farklı yerlerden alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, çörekotunun ortalama rutubeti %3.94, en az %3.29, en çok %4.46; yabancı madde miktarı ortalama %1.82, en az %1.2 ve en çok %3.0 olarak bulunmuştur. Toplam kül miktarı ortalama %5.13 en az %4.35, en çok %6.46; ayrıca HCl’de erimeyen kül miktarı da ortalama %1.23, en az %0.24, en çok %1.78 olarak bulunmuştur.
