Abstract :Araştırmada 1983 ürünü 14 adet çay örneği ve 1984 yılı ürünü 4 adet ticari çay örneği üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Anılan örneklerde kafein ve tanen miktarları üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonuçların kolay yorumu için ayrıca rutubet ve total kül analizleri yapılmıştır. Örneklerde total kül miktarı %4.0487-5.5662, rutubet oranı ise %7.4570-8.7873 arasında değişmektedir.
