Abstract :Son on yılda diyet lifinin insan beslenmesindeki fizyolojik öneminin kanıtlanması bilim adamları ve toplumun bu konuya ilgisinin artmasına yol açmıştır. Diyet lifinin analitik tayin yöntemleri deterjan ve çeşitli enzim sistemlerinin kullanıldığı yöntemleri içermektedir. Bu derlemede diyet lifinin gıda ve özellikle hububat sanayiinde kullanımı ile tayin metodolojisine ilişkin temel ilkeler özetlenmiş ve asit ve deterjan yöntemleri irdelenmiştir.
