Abstract :Gıda sektöründe ürünün rengi, kokusu, tadı vb. özellikleri esas alınarak yapılan kontrole kalitatif, ağırlık, boyut ve fiziksel özellikler esas alınarak yapılan kontrole kantitatif kalite kontrolü denir. Bu çalışmada hem kalitatif hem de kantitatif analizlere uygulanan istatistiksel bir analiz sürecinin aynı türden verilere uygulanması çalışması yapılmıştır.
