ANALYSIS THE DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN PERCEIVED COACHING BEHAVIORS, GOAL ORIENTATION, TEAM COHESION, PERCEIVED MOTIVATIONAL CLIMATE VE COLLECTIVE EFFICACY AMONG THE YOUNG MALE BASKETBALL PLAYERS BEFORE AND AFTER THE TOURNAMENT

Abstract :This paper aims to analysis the diferentiation between the perceived coaching behaviors, the goal orientation, the team cohesion, the perceived motivational climate, collective efficacy among the young   male basketball players before and after the tournament. In this research, the young male basketball players who played in the young male basketball teams in 2005-2006 league season and moreover, the ones who took parts in the teams participated into the Turkish National Championship were included. The only 12 teams insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(144 players); of the total 16 teams who participated into the Turkish National Championship were included. In collecting the data, Leadership for Sport Scale-LSS, Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire-TEOSQ, Group Environment Questionnaire-GEQ, Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire- PMCSQ and Collective Efficacy Scale-CES were used. The data were calculated with The Analysis of the Descriptive Statistical Techiques, Repeated Measurements ANOVA Analysis. Results revealed significant differences for autocratic behavior [ F insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1,143);=8.566;p<0.004;Eta-kare=.026 ] , positive feedback [ F insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1,143);=7.288;p<0.008; Eta-kare=.025 ] , task orientation [ F insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1,143); =9.533;p<0.002;Eta-kare=.027 ] , İntegration-Task [ F insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1,143);=26.892;p<0.000;Eta-kare=.046 ] and Attraction to Social [ F insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1,143);=12.717;p<0.000;Eta-kare=.035 ] before the Turkish National Championship and after the Turkish National Championship.
