INDEX OF ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS (IAD) ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA FOR PREPRINTS
- Preprints submitted to the IAD index must be openly accessible and should not have any access restrictions.
- The IAD does not charge any fees for preprint submissions or indexing.
- Authors must ensure that their preprints have not been published in a peer-reviewed journal at the time of submission.
- Submitted preprints must include full author details, affiliations, and relevant metadata to ensure proper attribution.
- Preprints should be in a standard format (e.g., PDF) and include a clear title, abstract, keywords, and references.
- The IAD reserves the right to reject preprints that contain plagiarized content, ethical concerns, or violate academic integrity standards.
- Authors have the right to appeal a rejection decision, and appeals will be reviewed by the IAD editorial board.
- If a preprint is later published in a peer-reviewed journal, authors must update the index with the corresponding journal citation.
- The IAD reserves the right to remove any preprint that is found to be in violation of ethical or academic standards.
