Abstract :Saç-iplik sendromu bebek yaş grubunda daha çok görülen nadir bir klinik durumdur. İlgili uzvun kaybının önlenmesi açısından bu tablonun erken tanı ve teşhisi önemlidir. Bu olguda, 5 yaşında mental retarde bir kız çocuğunda ayak parmağında gelişen saç-iplik turnike sendromu sunulmuştur.
